  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make 150+ outbound cold calls per day using company-provided data.
  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads from calling data.
  • Explain factoring solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand clients’ business profiles, turnover, receivables, buyer credit terms, and working capital requirements
  • Engage with business owners, directors, CFOs, finance heads, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other professional communication channels.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required financial documents and facilitate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up activities, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for lead assessment, client meetings, and further processing
  • Perform additional operational and administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

    • What Are We Looking For?
  • Graduate in any discipline; an MBA will be preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or cold calling.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, NBFCs, loans, or other financial product sales will be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Good command of MS Excel and preparation of MIS reports.
  • Strong follow-up skills, a target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn financial products.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and explain products clearly.
