    • Financial Analysis: Review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and working capital to understand a company’s financial condition.
    • Data Acquisition & Management: Find financial, legal, and business information from trusted sources and organize it for easy use.
    • Company Research: Look up companies online and through public records to prepare detailed profiles, showing both positive and negative points.
    • Global Compliance Monitoring: Investigate and compare compliance frameworks across different countries, including taxation.

    Required Candidate Profile:

    We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Risk Management Services. This role is crucial for driving growth in a critical segment of our business, focusing on services such as credit risk assessment, debt recovery strategies, and financial consulting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in risk management, a keen understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record in business development within related fields. 

     

    • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities within the risk management sector. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to pursue these opportunities effectively.
    • Client Acquisition and Retention: Actively pursue new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones. Understand client needs and propose customized risk management solutions that add value.
    • Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring that the value proposition of MNS Credit Management Group's risk management services is clearly communicated and understood.
    • Collaboration with Risk Analysts: Work closely with risk analysts and other internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive risk management solutions that meet client needs.
    • Industry Networking: Represent MNS Credit Management Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a network and promote our risk management services.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management. Utilize this data to refine and adjust business development strategies as needed. 


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with specific experience in risk management services.
    • Strong understanding of risk management principles, financial analytics, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.

    • Review the file and check the completeness of documents prior to initiating recovery action. 
    • Conduct a Basic search and trace the debtor company using various tools/websites.
    • Contact the Debtor by phone and discuss the matter regarding due payments to clients.
    • Speak with the decision maker in the company to settle the matter out of court.
    • Sending demand emails to debtors for outstanding payments and regular follow-up.
    • Sending update emails to clients on a regular basis.
    • All actions performed in any file need to be updated in the internal software system (Collection Tool)
    • Coordinate with the legal team to send Demand notices to debtors, as and when required. 
    • Schedule debtor visits and send visit reports to clients.
    • Prepare investigation reports to send to the clients.
    • Send daily updates on the development of the cases to the Team Leaders.
